Requirements: High School Graduate with Experience in Construction Material Testing

Qualifications:
- ACI Field Testing Technician Grade I
- Sample and test materials including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, etc.
- Ability to work on multiple jobs at once.
- Reporting Quality Control and Material Testing Data.
- Willing to travel to out-of-town projects
- On the job training, and continuing education in acquiring additional
material testing certifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality when handling information
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Articulate, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Capable of multitasking

Pre/Post Construction Videographer

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo documentation before and after construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and contractors to coordinate filming schedules, verify the correct streets and project locations are documented, and maintain accurate records of completed work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in active construction environments, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects. Responsibilities include traveling to job sites, operating cameras and drones (if licensed), coordinating with contractors to ensure timely documentation, organizing digital project files, and delivering accurate visual records of construction progress and completion.

Hourly Rate: $20-$23/hr
Requirements: High School Graduate with experience in videography, photography, construction documentation, or a related field preferred.
